A rooftop, a terrace, a verge and a balcony
Every house has somewhere to sit outside, and no two of them are the same thing.

Every house in the group has somewhere to sit outside, and no two of them are the same kind of place.
Club House has the rooftop, and it is the reason a lot of people come back. It is also why a conference on the lower floor and a family dinner upstairs do not run into one another: the building holds a crowd by giving it more than one place to be.
Northwind has a terrace that is a better place to sit than most hotels of its size manage. That is a small claim, honestly made. A working hotel near a bus stand is under no obligation to have anywhere pleasant outdoors, and this one does.
Highway Huts does not have an outdoor space so much as it is one. Each cabin opens onto its own verge rather than a corridor, which changes how a morning feels more than any amenity list would suggest.
Hotel Dream Majestic has balconies on the upper floors, and they look out over trees rather than the road. In this bracket that is not a given.
A roof, a terrace, a strip of grass and a balcony — four answers to the same question about where to put people when they are not in their rooms.
